Privacy

The povedz.to website processes the minimum of personal data needed to run the booking system. This document explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. Operator

The povedz.to website is operated by BATIDA Drum Show in cooperation with mental-health professionals. Contact: info@batida.sk.

2. What data we collect

When you fill in the booking or partner form on povedz.to, we process the following data that you voluntarily provide:

3. Purpose of processing

We use the data solely to handle your booking — confirming the date, sorting out technical details, and any communication before and after the concert. For a partner enquiry we use it to prepare a price offer and agree on the cooperation. We do not use it for direct marketing.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, after the concert takes place, on the operator's legitimate interest in keeping a record of events held.

5. Retention period

We keep contact and booking data for the duration of the pilot season (2026/27) and for 12 months after it ends. After that period the data is anonymised or deleted.

6. Who we share data with

We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes. In the case of the project's professional partner we share it only to the extent needed to coordinate a specific concert. The website's hosting provider is hostcreators.sk (server in the EU).

7. Cookies and analytics

The povedz.to website uses no cookies and no third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

To improve the site we measure only anonymous, aggregated visit statistics on our own server. These are summary counts that cannot be linked to a specific person: numbers of visits and page views, the approximate source of the visit (e.g. search engine / social network), country (derived from the IP address, which is however not stored), device type, operating system, browser and browser language, as well as aggregated behavioural data (scroll depth, summary click "heatmaps") and booking-form steps.

In doing so we collect no personal data: we do not store IP addresses, we use no cookies or persistent device identifiers, we do not track individuals across sites, and we do not record an individual visitor's session (everything is only a summary across many visits). We count unique visitors using a daily-rotating anonymous fingerprint that is discarded after the day. Because this is not individual tracking, it needs no consent and no cookie banner; we also respect the browser's "Do Not Track" setting.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right:

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@batida.sk. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update shown.
