Terms of participation
These terms apply to booking and holding the POVEDZ.TO educational concert at primary schools during the 2026/27 pilot season.
1. Subject
POVEDZ.TO is a 45-minute educational concert on the topic of mental health, a project of BATIDA Drum Show (music and production partner) in cooperation with mental-health professionals (professional guarantor). The target group is exclusively primary schools (grades 1–9) in Slovakia.
2. Booking a date
The school books a date through the online form on povedz.to. After submitting the booking it receives a confirmation to the e-mail provided within 24 hours at the latest. The booking becomes binding only after the organiser's explicit confirmation.
- Playing days: exclusively Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Playing hours: 9:00 — 13:00 during lessons.
- Pilot season: October 2026 — May 2027.
- Capacity: a maximum of 12 schools per month in one region.
3. Format
At each school we play two 45-minute concerts on the same day — separately for the first stage (grades 1–4) and the second stage (grades 5–9). Each of the concerts has an age-appropriate programme, so that younger pupils get content suited to them.
4. Price
We set the price individually for each date — it depends on the region, the number of pupils and the technical arrangements. We will send you a specific price offer by e-mail based on your non-binding booking.
5. School's obligations
The school undertakes to provide:
- A suitable space (gym, hall or community centre) with access to mains power.
- Cooperation of teaching supervision throughout the concert.
- Informing pupils about the programme in advance (we provide materials).
- Timely notice of changes (at least 14 days in advance where possible).
6. Organiser's obligations
The organiser (BATIDA Drum Show) provides:
- Drums, sound, microphones, video projection and the whole production.
- A professional team of musicians and a host.
- Pre-recorded content from mental-health professionals (psychologists).
- Worksheets and a homeroom-lesson script for teachers.
- Communication with the school before and 48 hours after the concert.
7. Cancellation or change of date
The school may request a cancellation or change of date in writing at info@batida.sk at the latest 14 days before the agreed date. In the event of force majeure (school closure, a health situation, adverse weather for an outdoor location) the date is moved to a replacement date by agreement.
8. Responsibility for pupils
Throughout the concert the school's teaching supervision is responsible for the pupils. If any pupil has a strong emotional reaction after the concert, free and anonymous helplines are available — you will find the full list on povedz.to in the Help section. The organiser stays in contact with the school for 48 hours after the performance.
9. Copyright and photographs
The musical content, video messages and accompanying materials are protected by the copyright of BATIDA Drum Show and their authors. Distribution, whether commercial or otherwise non-commercial, is not permitted without consent.
Photographing or recording during the concert is permitted only with the organiser's previously agreed cooperation. When publishing images of pupils on social media, the school is obliged to comply with the GDPR and the internal consents of legal guardians.
10. Final provisions
These terms may change. For bookings already confirmed, the terms in force on the day of confirmation apply. For contact and questions: info@batida.sk.
